Ensuite je me suis form\u00e9e pour transmettre les enseignements que j&rsquo;avais re\u00e7us et qui m&rsquo;avaient permis de traverser plusieurs&nbsp;phases existentielles (burn out, s\u00e9paration, hospitalisation&#8230;.). Les techniques de Kundalini Yoga sont puissantes, accessibles \u00e0 tous.tes et s&rsquo;adaptent \u00e0 tous les contextes.
